Dwayne Johnson had to recently face one of the most challenging situations ever. The star revealed that his beloved mother, Ata, was involved in a car crash. Thankfully, The Rock’s mom is doing “okay,” and his incredibly heartfelt words remind us that the most important thing in life is for our loved ones to be near and in good health.

The former wrestling champion shared an Instagram image showcasing the significant harm to the right side of Ata’s car following the accident, mentioning that she will “survive and continue to get evaluated.”

Johnson expressed his admiration for his mom’s strength and determination, writing, “This woman has survived lung cancer, a tough marriage, a head-on collision with a driver [...].” The devoted son added, “She’s a survivor in ways that make angels and miracles real.”

In the post, the actor noted, “I got one parent left,” given that he lost his 75-year-old dad in January 2020 following a heart attack. He then continued, “So if you still got your mom and dad, make sure you hug ’em hard because you never know when you’ll get that 3 a.m. call we never want to get.”

Following his dad’s passing, Johnson had publicly treated his mom to a Cadillac as well as a new house.

Back then, he had shared the news of his gift on Instagram. ’’When I was a little boy, I hated when my mom would cry ~ these days, I’ll happily take her tears of joy," he wrote in the post. “I always say, if you got a good mom then you got a shot at becoming a good, caring human being. Let’s all give our mamas a big grateful squeeze.”
