Throughout the years, Eddie Murphy’s love life was quite a rollercoaster, complete with many ups and downs. Around the end of the 1980s, Murphy became a father of 2 sons, Eric and Christian, from former girlfriends, Paulette McNeely and Tamara Hood.
He tied the knot in 1993 with Nicole Mitchell after meeting her in 1988, and they had 5 children together, Bria, Myles, Shayne, Zola, and Bella. But they announced that they were splitting in 2006 without a fuss.
In the same year, the comedian began dating ex-Spice Girl Melanie Brown, with whom he shared a daughter, Angel. Murphy had doubts about the pregnancy, but a paternity test confirmed that he was the father.
At last, In 2008, Murphy was very briefly tied to television producer and personality Tracey Edmonds. The 2 had a “symbolic wedding” with non-legal vows in a private ceremony in Bora Bora, and they announced 2 weeks later that they were calling it quits.

Paige Butcher is an Australian actress and model who’s been working her way to the top from a young age. At the beginning of her acting career, she landed a role as a background model in 2006’s Big Momma’s House 2, where she met her future lover, Eddie Murphy. Nothing happened back then, but things were about to change for her for good.
Murphy and the blonde beauty started dating in 2012, and when they got together, she deleted all of her social media accounts. She explained her decision in 2013 by the statement, “I’m in a relationship with a celebrity, so I felt like there’s already enough of me out there. I was giving people too much access. I like to keep as much private as possible now.”
He proposed to her in September 2018.
