The most important thing about cooking in a wok pan is stir-frying the ingredients over the highest heat. It’s better to use a special deep wok pan, but if you don’t have one, just use a regular pan.

Rice noodles with chicken and eggplant

Ingredients:

  • 200g of rice noodles
  • 300g of chicken fillets
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 4 or 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tuft of spring onion
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Peel all the vegetables and cut them into thin strips. Cut the chicken into strips too.
  2. Boil the rice noodles.
  3. Stir-fry the chicken over a high heat for three or four minutes. Then add the onion and fry for two to three minutes more. Add the vegetables and cook them, stirring, until they get tender.
  4. Add the sauces, and mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Mix the noodles together with the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Serve hot with chopped spring onion.

Wok-tossed beef noodles

Ingredients:

  • 300g of beef fillets
  • 300g of udon (wheat flour noodles)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200g of teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tuft of spring onion
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef fillets into thin strips.
  2. Boil the noodles.
  3. Rinse and peel the vegetables. Cut the onion and bell pepper into strips. Chop the garlic and chili pepper.
  4. Stir-fry the beef, then add the onion and bell pepper and fry them for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add the garlic, chili pepper, and teriyaki.
  6. Add the noodles and toss everything together. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped spring onion before serving.

Egg noodles with pork and asparagus beans

Ingredients:

  • 200g of pork
  • 200g of egg noodles
  • 150g of asparagus beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 or 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Greens
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork into thin slices.
  2. Boil the noodles.
  3. Peel the onion, garlic, and pepper. Cut the onion into small strips, and chop the garlic and chili pepper.
  4. Stir-fry the pork for several minutes at a high temperature. Then add the onion and beans two minutes later.
  5. Cook the pork with the vegetables for seven to ten minutes, then add the garlic, chili, and sauce.
  6. Toss everything together with the noodles.
  7. Before serving, add the chopped greens.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 200g of soba (buckwheat noodles)
  • 100g of cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 4 or 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Peel the vegetables and slice them into thin strips.
  2. Boil the noodles in salted water.
  3. Stir-fry the sliced onion for a couple of minutes at the highest temperature. Then add the bell pepper strips, and fry the vegetables until they turn tender.
  4. Pour on the soy sauce and let the vegetables sit for three or four minutes to soak up the sauce.
  5. Toss the noodles together with the vegetables, and sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Add sesame seeds before serving.

Seafood glass noodles

Ingredients:

  • 300g of glass noodles
  • 200g of seafood
  • 100g of green peas
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Greens
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper according to taste

Instructions:

  1. Shell the seafood. Make a mixture of the soy sauce and lemon juice and pour it over the seafood. Let it marinate for twenty to thirty minutes.
  2. Put the noodles into boiling water for five to seven minutes. Drain the water.
  3. Fry the sliced bell pepper, stirring constantly. Add the green peas and garlic.
  4. Add the seafood and stir-fry everything for five to seven minutes.
  5. Toss the noodles together with the seafood.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with the finely chopped greens.
