I start using dermalmd scar serum about 2 years ago due to the acne scars on my face. I had so much acne scarring all over my face I would cry looking at myself in the mirror. DermalMD Scar Serum is good stuff! I had knee surgery which resulted in about a 7 inch scar down the center of my knee. I have been using this for a couple of months and the scar is looking very good. The only downside is it is oily so be careful with wearing clothing over the serum.
