"One plank per day, sends the fat away " I used to go to a gym and the local trainer used to say that ALL THE TIME, to all of us. I love plank but I ended up changing gym. I couldn't stand any more rhymes :p :p
I love working out. I am in a CrossFit team but now with COVID19 we cannot really train all together. These are crucial steps anyone should follow, especially now that most of us train at home without a personal trainer ;)
You should try it but, even if it's hard. Just do small steps at first :)
But maybe you are right, now as I still sit at home, I should probably try those
