Hidden for the greater good.
I have always said a handheld medical diagnostic device would be helpful. I would not want to replace dedicated medical personnel, but there are enough diagnoses that are based on symptoms without any body fluid testing. There are also enough of the population that may be unable to describe these symptoms, whether it be a child, a person with special needs, speech difficulties, language barriers, or simply someone that doesn’t feel as bad as someone else with the same diagnosis. That happens for sure, we may not view a particular symptom as important. I have had doctors describe that concept, pain tolerance can vary. I enjoy the people that ask questions that may seem unrelated but can get to the correct diagnosis. The medical field is exciting, to say the least! It’s not quite like movies or tv, but physiology and our immune systems are pretty incredible.
