But as we grow up, our taste might change, or we might feel like we need to change our habits for a specific reason. Maybe it’s because we want to stay at a certain weight range or because we are athletes. Or we simply develop flavor habits that seem weird to others, but that are so tasty to us.

The popular singer revealed some time ago that she likes her popcorn Texas-style. And that style involves taking a bag of unsalted popcorn, adding some salt, a little Tabasco, and then drizzling it with some pickle juice. You then need to close the bag and shake it until the inside is well-coated.

Also, butter slows the digestive process, which means that you don’t get an energy spike.

The tennis champion has been very vocal about his dietary habits and intolerance to gluten. His breakfast consists of water and 2 tablespoons of honey, and for his main meals, he often goes for big bowls of salad. He will snack on hummus, avocado, nuts, crackers, and fruits. He is very disciplined, and if he decides to have some candy, it will literally be just one piece and nothing more.

All of the Kardashians and Jenners follow very healthy diets, where salads are at the center. Kylie shared a while ago that she would usually eat her cereal without any milk.

“Last night I had cereal with milk for the first time. Life changing. I always liked cereal dry, I never bothered to put milk.” Even though she likes the change to her routine, she still loves eating her cereal dry.

12. Kourtney Kardashian

The oldest Kardashian sister has a very unique way of eating certain candy, like Kit Kats and Reese’s peanut butter cups. With both of them, she first eats the chocolate on the outside and then proceeds to eat the fillings.

“This tastes so much better. Like, I would never even dream to eat a Kit Kat and just, like, bite into it,” she said. “I guarantee if you do it once, you will never eat a Kit Kat any other way.”
