“Hunger Games” Star Alexander Ludwig and His Wife Are Expecting a Baby After 3 Miscarriages

“To everyone out there who has suffered miscarriages before, there is light on the other side of your journey. You are not alone.” Alexander’s wife Lauren jotted a heartfelt post when she announced her pregnancy after 3 miscarriages, encouraging her fans to not lose hope.

The couple held off on announcing their thrilling news until they saw promising signs.

Alexander and his wife Lauren announced their pregnancy by posting a mirror selfie, showing off the growing baby bump. In the post, the Vikings star expressed how grateful he was to their fans for their support while going through the 3 miscarriages, writing, “It’s been a long road, and we wanted to wait until things were looking promising this time around. Thank you guys for all of the support. We couldn’t be more grateful.”

The pregnancy came nearly one year after Lauren suffered her last miscarriage.

Lauren also took the news to her Instagram feed, giving support to her followers facing the same struggles and telling them not to lose hope because they are not alone. “We suffered 3 losses before this one, but each one of those losses taught us about ourselves and each other,” shared Lauren.

The couple talked about their past miscarriages openly because they don’t think it’s something to be ashamed of.

After suffering the third heartbreaking miscarriage, Lauren posted a picture of herself kissing her husband while lying in a hospital bed.

“Going through this has made me realize I definitely am not alone. It’s so common and yet, I feel it’s not talked about nearly enough. If more of us talked about these things, maybe we would feel less alone and at fault. This will forever be a part of our story. My hope by sharing this, if for no other reason, is for that one person reading this to know they are not alone,” Lauren shared.

Despite facing the heartbreak of multiple miscarriages, Alexander and Lauren never lost hope, and their love for each other only grew stronger. Their story serves as a reminder that love conquers all, and that hope and support can help us overcome even the toughest of challenges.
