She continued, “I imagined a different future and I took action. And honestly, it’s just that easy. You decide you want more, and you take action every day to bring you closer to your goals. One step at a time.” As she encourages everyone it’s not late to change a routine or to feel better for themselves by improving oneself.
At 53, Denise plans to compete in a physique contest in 2024, all while coaching women in their 40s dealing with similar challenges. She aspires to inspire others to be the heroes of their own stories, enjoying life to the fullest.
