I have always known that white bread wasn't so "healthy" after all. But at the same time you guys are correct, it's addictive, and at one point you feel that you can't live without it anymore.
I'm probably ready to stop eating white bread, but don't think I can completely remove brown bread from my life.
What about you guys?

It would be really hard to stop eating it, bread is so important in country. We eat it every day for breakfast and lunch, and no one ever said that it's dangerous.

I don't like bread and almost never eat it. When I read the ingridients on packages with some sweet buns or so, I get stunned by how many chemicals they put in there, to make its' shelf life longer and taste better. If you really want some tasty pastry it's better to cook it all yourself.
