14 Pressure Points to Get Rid of Annoying Aches All Over Your Body
Acupuncture has been used in China for thousands of years, and selecting the right points can significantly reduce physical pain or mental imbalances, as well as improve general well-being.
Bright Side selected a few well-known pressure points which you can make use of in everyday situations.
1. The Three Miles Point
Location. The Three Miles Point is located about 1.5 inches below the knee cap.
Use. It can help to improve the work of the digestion system and help treat various stomach aches, vomiting and nausea.
Bend the legs and apply firm pressure for one minute.
2. The Third Eye Point
