Most people resolve to adopt a healthier lifestyle at the beginning of every year. But committing to this goal may not be as simple as it sounds, and challenges can easily derail our fitness journeys. During the tough times, it might help to take inspiration from people who powered through the most difficult days. And witnessing their extraordinary transformations may just be the motivation we need to get us back on track.
