Connie-Rose Seabourne was born with Down syndrome, but this condition hasn’t prevented the kid from living a thriving life. In fact, the girl now has a dream job and is making waves in the modelling industry. Her mom had always mentioned how beautiful her cheeky smile was and one day she took Connie-Rose to a modelling agency. It turned out to be a cool decision, as the girl now has won millions of hearts and her story inspires many people.

Connie-Rose debuted as a model when she was just 2 years old.

Connie-Rose Seabourne comes from Morley, near Leeds. The little girl attracted the attention of many people after her mother Julie Britton sent the photographs of her daughter to modelling agencies. Being just 23 months old, Connie won two modelling campaigns in 2015.

For a proud mom it was a huge sign that her kid’s disability “does not define who she is.” Julie was incredibly proud of her amazing daughter who was even put forward for commercial adverts in big shops and on TV.

Connie-Rose’s parents have a very decent attitude to their daughter’s condition.

Connie-Rose was born two months premature. The girl wasn’t diagnosed with Down’s syndrome until she was two weeks old. The baby’s diagnosis wasn’t an obstacle for Connie-Rose’s parents to love her even more than they could.

Her mom Julie said, “I was assessed as being at higher risk of having a baby with Down’s Syndrome when I was pregnant and could have had the diagnostic test to find out, but I didn’t want it because it just wasn’t an issue. We weren’t bothered at all.”

Julie adds, “We have friends whose children have been diagnosed with Down’s syndrome and have had nothing but positive experiences of children with the diagnosis. There’s so much support out there — it isn’t a problem. It’s just another little baby who needs to be loved.”

Now the girl is conquering this world and thrives in her life.

Connie-Rose is now almost 9 years old, and the little lady has achieved a lot already. She’s a gorgeous mini model and her modelling career is continuing to blossom. Besides, as she’s now grown, the girl is a fierce advocate for the Down Syndrome community.

Connie-Rose appeared in viral videos that attracted over 500 million views, and she doesn’t stop on her way to the stars, later appearing in a “Down for Disney” campaign.

Little Connie has no intention to stop conquering the world any time soon. Her mom Julie says she adores the modelling. The girl has modeled for Peekaboo, Lacaka, Kiddiewinks, A Special Face, and has taken part in lots of different campaigns. She was also signed to mainstream agencies, too.

One thing is clear now for all Connie’s fans, that they can expect to see the young model again very soon.

And here’s yet another inspirational story about a girl with Down Syndrome, who became a thriving model and was noticed by Victoria’s Secret.
