But Priyanka Chopra, the Bollywood superstar and new mom, has a secret to keeping her skin radiant despite her busy schedule. Instead of skipping showers, she takes them with a luxurious twist — by incorporating Greek yogurt into her bathing routine. The actress is ready to reveal her secrets to keeping her skin flawless that might be helpful for all the new moms out there who are struggling to find time for self-care.

She uses Greek yogurt to make a body scrub.

Eating Greek yogurt can benefit your body in many ways, providing it with much-needed calcium, probiotics, and vitamin D. Turns out, applying this delicious product on your skin can effectively moisturize and nourish it. The Quantico actress shared her DIY body scrub recipe that she makes using Greek yogurt.

“Add a cup of gram flour to a bowl and mix with a few drops of lemon juice and enough Greek yogurt to create a smooth paste (for a thinner texture, also add whole milk). Next, add sandalwood powder and a pinch of turmeric powder. Apply the mixture all over the body, leave it on as a body wrap for 30 minutes, then use a little water to scrub it off and shower as usual,” she said.

She never sleeps with her makeup on.

Clogged pores, chapped lips and dull-looking skin are just some of the issues you might face if you forget to remove your makeup before going to bed. Chopra knows the importance of cleansing your skin, and she never allows herself to sleep with her mascara or other makeup products on. “I think it’s important to take off all your makeup at the end of the night so there’s nothing, no mascara or remnants of the day. It’s a therapeutic process for me,” she shared.

She gives her skin a break from makeup.

More and more celebrities start to embrace natural beauty and proudly post their makeup-free selfies on social media, and some even go to special events without wearing any makeup. The award-winnings actress revealed that when she isn’t on set she likes to go makeup-free.

“When I do have a day off, I try to let my skin breathe, so I keep my face as clean as possible. I use a moisturizer, mascara (best beauty product on earth), pull my hair back into a bun, and use some lip stain — bold red lips if I’m feeling tired — and voilà! If I’m home, with no plans to leave the house, my routine is au natural,” she shared.

Keeping your skin hydrated is one of the best things you can do to prevent the annoying feeling of itchiness and keep premature wrinkles at bay. Chopra travels a lot, and she never forgets to moisturize her skin when she’s on a plane.

She shared that her travel beauty regimen includes staying hydrated and using a lot of moisturizer. “I moisturize my face, body, and hands because the plane can be so drying to your skin. I also use a moisturizing face mask about 20 minutes before landing, it really helps to refresh and brighten my skin,” she said.
