I think your sister and parents are wrong to assume that you are available whenever she needs you to babysit. Why can't your parents babysit at last minute? When you are a single parent, you should be grateful to receive any help. But you should also realize that no one owes you anything. Don't burn your bridges by trying to take advantage of the ones that love and help you. Boundaries have to be set. Talk to your sister about those boundaries. Good luck.
