She Washes Her Hair Every Five Days, Plus Other Beauty Hacks to Steal From Kim Kardashian

While the queen of reality TV can afford the most luxurious beauty treatments, she also has some budget-friendly beauty hacks. And she’s ready to share some secrets behind her youthful glow.
She doesn’t overwash her hair.
Washing your hair too often can damage your strands and even lead to hair loss in the long run. Kim Kardashian takes good care of her hair and doesn’t want it to look overly dry.
“For my hair, I don’t wash it every day. We start out with a blowout on day one, then we go into a messier vibe the next day, and then we flat iron it and do a really sleek look on day three since that requires a little oil in the hair. Day four could be a slicked-back ponytail, and on the fifth day is when you wash it”, she shared.
She doesn’t stick to the same beauty routine.
When you find the skincare products that do wonders for you, it’s tempting to stock up on them and use them all the time. But your skin can actually get used to some ingredients in your skincare products, making them less effective.
To keep her skin healthy and plump, the reality TV star likes to change the products she uses. “I change my skincare up all the time because I love to use new products. I wash my face with a foaming cleanser. I need it to foam,” she said.
She never forgets to remove her makeup.
When you finally get home at the end of a long day, it may seem tempting to skip the makeup removal and go straight to bed. But sleeping with your makeup on can actually clog your pores, cause breakouts, and even lead to premature wrinkles.
Although Kim Kardashian leads a very active lifestyle, she never forgets to take off her makeup before sleep. “Always wash your makeup off and use a warm washcloth,” she advises.
She swears by her waist trainer.
Although wearing waist trainers constantly can pose some health risks, when used correctly they can improve your posture, help with postpartum recovery and give you a gorgeous hourglass figure.
Kim Kardashian admits she wears waist trainers occasionally. “Wear a girdle or waist trainer! I wore them a lot after I had my babies. I will even workout in them when I want to slim my waist out,” she said.
