10+ Times Kids Unintentionally Embarrassed Their Parents With Mortifying Revelations

My daughter asked if we could go to the PUB again, when I was picking her up from Daycare - 18mths and all. Boy I had some explaining to do!

My then 3 year old, while in line at wendys ordering food, on a trip to see my dad, says "mommy, that lady has a mustach just like poppops" She was indeed telling the truth, thankfully the woman didnt hear her, my sister ushered her off to the table with my dad, she was a special needs person, eoe hire and obvioulsy had pcos.
when she was 2, we were on the bus, there was a young man with downs syndrome a few feet away, she tugged my shirt "mommy, that man is not being nice, i didnt look, i just aske her why, she said hes sticking his tongue out to everyone and he wont put it away". Her little friend jade only had 1 full arm, i said you know how jade only has a half an arm, she said ahuh, i just told her that boy just has an extra long tongue and he cant put it away, she was fine that.
same year, still taking the bus, on our way home this time, there was the driver who happened to be black, and a women sitting behind me. The seats my daughter and i were in had a standing poll to hold onto, while going through a mall, she decided to stand up on her seat and hold on to the pole, i did tell her she needed to sit down before she fell, as the driver was pulling away from an empty bus stop he turned to her and said "little girl you need to liste to your mommy and sit down, or ill put you off the bus" as the engine roared she said "shut up chocolate face". Mortified i was indeed!! thankfully he did not hear her over the engine, shew bullet dodged, then i turned to see the womens reaction that was sitting behind me, at first she was gone, then i saw her back, nearly horizontal, from leaning over, bouncing up and down from laughfter, when she finally sat back up, her face was so red and tears were streaming down her face from laughing so hard.. at least i got to share that one with a laugh. she thought of people as chocolate and vanilla!
