I mean if the people at number 4 were tourist and the museum didn't notify that they are closed on their website (where most tourist will check) then I can kinda understand the demand..

I mean the taxi part kinda is, but I don't see a problem with letting them buy a giftcard
Most museums that I went to have the gift shop separated from the actual museum, and even has separate closing hours
