20 People Who Changed the Lives of Others by Simply Being Kind

Jean-Claude Van Damme, at the age of 62, continues to showcase his athletic physique and enjoyment of life. The action star and master of the split posted a photo on his personal Instagram page in which he poses wearing shorts only.
On his social media page, the actor often shares photos of his workouts in the gym and even dances.
He attributes his physique to yoga, which he has been incorporating into his comprehensive fitness routine for 25 years.
He is a big advocate of its broader health benefits, stating, “It’s a big cure. You can clean lots of carbon dioxide inside your body by breathing. That’s what I do. And then also go to the gym, train every day. That’s the best way to feel good. And also watch sometimes a good movie, click out. Because I’m a thinker. So when I do the bicycle and the yoga and the training and the gym, I don’t think.”
Throughout the years, Jean-Claude Van Damme has garnered attention for his personal challenges, notably a highly visible struggle with bipolar disorder. Nevertheless, he attributes much of his progress to the discipline instilled by his martial arts training and acting profession. He remarks, “I like acting because it helps me focus.”
The actor is not only a good athlete but also a good husband. Jean-Claude Van Damme and his wife have been married for 23 years and their relationship even stood one divorce.
