The Facebook founder proved that he excels at everything he does. The 39-year-old won gold and silver medals in his first ever jiu-jitsu tournament. And the photos of him as he bravely competes left us speechless.

Mark shared with his over 11 million Instagram followers a series of snaps from his victorious weekend. The photos showed Mark in full action mode as he was competing in a jiu-jitsu tournament. He also shared some pics right after his big win.

He captioned the post “Competed in my first jiu jitsu tournament and won some medals” along with the emojis of a gold and silver medal. He also tagged his three trainers and thanked them.

One of the trainers expressed his admiration of Zuckerberg, stating that he felt ’’honored’’ to have the opportunity to train, teach and learn from him. The martial artist wrote, ’’It’s inspiring to see someone so known challenge themselves in a new arena. This goes to show how amazing the art of Jiu-Jitsu really is.’’

The trainer continued praising Zuckerberg, noting ’’Thank you for sharing your drive, your enthusiasm and your graciousness to all of us!’’.

One of the other trainers also expressed his awe and said that witnessing Mark compete ’’was pretty epic’’. He also insisted that the win was fair, noting ’’No match was easy and everything was earned.’’

Mark had previously opened up about the benefits of mixed martial arts which he had taken up just a few years ago, describing the practice as the ’’perfect thing,’’

He noted that after an hour or two, he feels ’’ready to go solve whatever problem at work for the day.’’

This year has been an important one for Zuckerberg on a personal level. Just last month, him and his wife Priscilla welcomed their third daughter, and the entrepreneur shared some adorable photos to mark the joyful event.
