ok, but how can I stop eating foods like these 🧀🥞🍗🥓🍔🍟🍕🌭🌯🥙🍲🥘🍦🍦🍧🍧🍨🎂🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍫🍫🍫🍫 it's really hard to stop eating these sweet foods, so, does anyone have any tips on how to avoid eating these? Pleaseeeee

fruits like grapes wen u freeze them and eat them they just taste like candies in short they taste ama@ing it can be a good replacement

the best thing is that you shouldn't do it for hours but just 30 mins or so is enough
