Took forever for me to watch The Simpsons- had such a negative connotation in my town in the 90s. My love of witches in shows and movies was frowned upon and I later loved HP as an adult.(Just saying that in comparison I picked arguably “worse” to watch instead) I am to the point in my adulthood where I am tired of cartoons that make fun of people relentlessly. I used to love many adult cartoons until my 30s. (You know, the point where Facebook reminds you of what odd and embarrassing status messages you posted 10+ years ago) Anyway, I was shocked how much I enjoy the Simpsons. Sure, the Halloween episodes are beyond crazy (yet we watched an episode in an English class in high school.. and as a kid I was allowed to watch the NSYNC episode lol) But I genuinely get excited to binge watch it.
