Australian actress Rebel Wilson declared that year 2020 was going to be a “year of health” for her. She added more activities to her daily routines. The actress walks more, started exercising, and changed her eating habits. For now, her aim is to get to 165 pounds (around 75 kg), and nothing can stop her from reaching it.

2. Simon Cowell

The famous TV personality decided to update his health and fitness regimen this year too. He gave up eating fatty and sweet foods, included more exercise, and started getting better and longer sleep. His efforts paid off and he lost 60 pounds (around 27 kg).
