10 Legendary Celebs Who Surprisingly Don’t Have Stars on Hollywood Walk of Fame

Most of us can agree that having a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is a celebrity’s ambition and dream. It only proves that they are not only famous but that people recognize them as iconic and successful stars who will leave a lasting impression on the next generation to come and treat them as legends.

At Bright Side, we compiled a list of famous people who did not make it to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the reasons why will leave us in wonder.

1. Clint Eastwood

Clint Eastwood is a famous actor and a Hollywood superstar who has worked on a number of classic movies including Cry Macho, Sully, The Mule, and others. Even though he won five Academy Awards, five Golden Globes, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and five People’s Choice Awards, some wonder why he isn’t on the Walk of Fame. Regrettably, he declined a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and never made a statement why.

2. Denzel Washington

Denzel Washington is more than a celebrity, he’s a legend. Some of us can agree that he is better qualified than anyone else to get the honor. On the other hand, he was chosen and nominated for a star in the iconic walk, but he has yet to schedule a date for his ceremony. He confessed “Even within the industry, I don’t have any actor friends. My friends are old friends.”

3. Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie has won numerous major accolades throughout her career as a renowned and well-known actress. She is versatile in terms of her film roles, and even the general audience is awestruck by how she flawlessly depicts her character every time. Despite this, she has never received a nomination for a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which is still a mystery today.

4. Beyoncé

Beyoncé is a well-known singer who has won 28 Grammys and received numerous other awards and nominations. Her songs continue to inspire people today. Her performances constantly leave us speechless; she never fails to impress and always gives her all. When it comes to the famous walk, Destiny’s Child received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but she has yet to receive one as a solo artist.

5. Al Pacino

Al Pacino is a well-known and respected actor who has been in a number of well-known movies. He was offered a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but he never scheduled a date for his ceremony, which is why he never claimed it. Although the reason for his rejection of the offer is unknown, he is nonetheless regarded as a legend.

Richard Gere is a well-known actor who has acted in numerous critically acclaimed films. Some people believe he is a part of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, however, he has never been nominated. The reason for this is unknown, yet he is an actor whom we all admire.

7. Leonardo DiCaprio

Most of us agree that Leonardo DiCaprio has done an excellent job in his movies and roles and that he has captured the hearts of the public because he is so endearing. He was part of many great movies that are still remembered today, but despite winning numerous awards and an Oscar, he is not included on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, for the simple reason that he was never nominated for a star in the first place.

8. George Lucas

George Lucas is one of our favorite actors as he was part of Indiana Jones and Star Wars, which are both great films and successful franchises. However, he was not given a star, despite changing the movie industry, and even Francis Ford Coppola offered his star to him, he said: “If anyone deserves a star on the Walk of Fame, it’s George. I’ll give him mine.”

9. Madonna

Madonna, the iconic and charming singer, has won the public’s respect and admiration. Her concerts and performances are always top-notch, and everyone looks up to her as a role model. She was nominated for a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but she evidently was not interested and declined. The cause behind this is still unknown, but she continues to perform and compose music.

10. Brad Pitt

Brad Pitt has appeared in a number of movies that we adore, he is a fantastic actor who effortlessly plays his roles, which is why so many people are envious of his talents. He was not, however, inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and many are confused, it is because he was not even nominated for a star.
