I will work out at home even there's no gym tools. I believe I can get what shape of body that I want, for the example actors Jackie chan, bruce lee they didn't go maybe to the gym but they got the good result.

I always train at home instead of the gym, because I don't feel so xomfortable there :)
All you will need is your yoga mat and to be a bit strict to yourself, so you can keep training every day (short sets) or at least 3 timer a week (longer sets)
Combined with a proper diet, your result will be just as good as if you visited the gym on a regular basis

I do exercises at home. Go in the park monday to saturday and run about 5km, bur i stop alot bcz of breathing, is not hurting legs but i cant breath; i need some lessons in this sense i think!!!! And then i do exercises at home. But i think a trainer is good too.
