Taking time for ourselves may be one important thing we always forget about, both for our mental and physical health. However, we often think that we need a lot of time to change, but we don’t realize that sometimes only 30 minutes per day can be just enough. These 15 people are true inspirations and have proven that every obstacle can be overcome.

1. “Left picture was right at the beginning of my journey, the right picture was today. Kid is getting bigger, I’m getting smaller.”

7. “These last 10 lbs to 300 have been fighting me. Just needed to look back and remember where I started.”

8. “8 years for a 2-year degree. Not worth much these days, but it’s mine and I worked hard and went through quite a lot for it. Never give up.”

9. “I’ve lost a third of the weight I was carrying in the top picture. I ran my first 5k without stopping. I did my first unassisted pull-up.”

10. “Me and my 8-month-old son. I’m 30 years old and have suffered from infertility my whole life until last year when I found out I was pregnant!”

“Now here I am with my little best friend & it feels amazing! To anyone suffering from infertility, never give up hope, miracles really do happen.”
