Jack Nicholson, 86, Gets Out of His Reclusive Lifestyle and Makes a Rare Appearance
’’He doesn’t want to face reality,’’ reported an insider, as friends and fans were worried about Jack Nicholson’s reclusive lifestyle. But just a few days ago, the actor made a very rare appearance to attend an important basketball game with his youngest son. The legend looked in high spirits as he wholeheartedly cheered for his team from his front row seat.

After being absent from the public eye for 18 months, the actor was seen in Los Angeles at the Lakers game.
Accompanied by his youngest son Ray Nicholson, the retired Hollywood veteran wore a stylish black coat and a blue t-shirt. Equipped with his reliable binoculars, Nicholson occupied his VIP courtside seat and motivated his team with great energy.


31-year-old Ray, who is also an actor, is the star’s sixth and youngest son. Ray’s mom is actress Rebecca Broussard who was Nicholson’s co-star in Man Trouble. The couple parted ways in 1994.
He’s a movie icon


The Shining star has received numerous accolades for his impressive acting career including three Oscars, six Golden Globe Awards, and even a Grammy Award.
However, the 86-year-old retrieved from the acting scene years ago as he last appeared on-screen in the 2010 movie How Do You Know, which starred Owen Wilson and Reese Witherspoon.
His health had recently been a subject of concern.


Despite many rumors that he was struggling with dementia, journalist Bill O’Reilly categorically denied those claims, insisting that his friend was doing well.
O’Reilly explained that he had visited the actor a few months ago and both men had a long conversation. The journalist also noted that Nicholson ’’had all kinds of intelligent questions for me.’’
