I think they chose to illustrate really bad/dirty ones, I too have seen way cleaner ones and also a little bit bigger than this, maybe half the size extra, which would be a lot for such a small place.

We don't have that much contact anymore, but we do often talk on the pc when we play games, so I guess a bed, wardrobe and a desk for his pc? similar to the last picture probably
