Only the 1st and 2nd quite big. Others are just normal. My Grandma have 14 childs. So we are just as big. Especially with the spouses, grandchild and so on.

It for sure was more common in our grandparents’ generations, but less common in the past 30 ish years. My grandma was one of 9, with one passing away as a toddler. Most lived a long time with the last two siblings being the youngest, twins, in their mid eighties now. It’s pretty incredible talking to people born during the Depression. Honestly, I cannot seeing myself having more than three children. Ha, actually I don’t have any yet, but soon enough.

Wow! 7! I am always curious about personality differences of people with a lot of siblings. Or what career paths are chosen. From a young age, my younger sister and I have always wanted to do everything different than the other. Now that I’m almost 32 and she’s almost 29, she’s thinking she might enjoy working in the medical field, but in a hospital and not the billing side like I work. We do want to make an impact on others though, have both considered teaching. She’s found a lot of joy in working at daycares and such. Our older sister is a special education teacher and has always loved it. I’m also the only one without children yet. We are very different in our hobbies, books we like, and movies we watch.

??? we surely have different personalities also there are sibling which we are closer and which we fights a lot. Idk bout what they do think but since I was little I told my Mom that I want to live alone. It is uncomfortable living with lots of people (for me) because I am superb sensitive with sharing and so on. So when I am 19 I rent my own house (now I am 24). I hope I can buy house soon instead of just renting. Some siblings still live with my parents also some like me who also move out.

how come?

I have 5 children ages ranging from 21 to 12 plus 2 grandchildren I thought my family was large when they were young but honestly I wish I would have had more I've got 1 boy and 4 girls but I miss the days were they needed me for everything now I feel lost because my whole life revolved around them

you don't know Turkish families last 5 of those families are even smaller than average of country families, i have 52 cousin and 60+ nephew from them???????????
