packaged juices can hardly be called juices even. Expect color, there is nothing from the real fruits in them..

I feel like most of the times the food that is called "diet" or "low in fats" is the most dangerous one..

That is already proven, for example Coke light has more calories and more sugar than the normal Coke. People only read the words "diet" or "low fats" and think they can eat more of it instead of looking at the ingredients. You can't help them...

I'm glad you said that about skipping breakfast- I never wake up hungry so I don't eat and I'm still able to get done what I need to physically also I feel better having my largest meal of the day at lunch time, I've got hours to have it work for me- and a light supper means I don't go to bed full.
