This comment came alive and ran away.
I often learned something because someone asked me a question about it, and I had to understand it better to explain it. People think I'm smart but I just read ?

As someone who often asks other for help, what do you read? Just random books or..

I always start with googling the question, now I think googling is a skill kinda.. because the way how you type questions can really change the information you find. I try to stay away from websites that give you all the information in 1 go.. I prefer to look up a smaller problem that is related so I learn to think how to fix big problems myself

But why? isnt this just taking extra steps?

I just prefer to think about issues myself rather than follow the info someone else gave me. Figuring out why you think the way you are thinking about a problem has helped me learn a lot! I know it sounds weird but try it ?

It doesn't sound weird, it's actually really good and very smart! It means you create your own opinion, and seeing different sides of the story. A lot of people tend to be satisfied with only one answer, but that is very black and white. Wanting to know other opinions (instead of just one), creates you to be an understanding person with a lot of empathy!☺
