After all that, even shopping for groceries at the supermarket can turn into a surprise, not to mention ordering things online. Even if you read thousands of reviews and used a dozen tips from friends and strangers, it’s still impossible to be 100% sure you won’t make a mistake.

Waiting for over 3 hours for cold food is disgraceful. The best way to avoid such dramas is to only pay COD. Paying online with a card leaves the customer with no recourse other than to complain and leave a bad review. They never refund your money. At best they may give you another meal. Hopefully a fresh hot burger.
